I had a great experience visiting Mike. He really took the time to do more than a 2-minute adjustment. On top of the adjustment he did lots of stretches and worked me towards a back that was way less tight than when I arrived. He also gave me some exercises to do on my own which really helped. I will be visiting Mike again if the need ever arises.
